When we communicate it’s a good idea to remember your favourite song. Have you ever heard a song and thought “I really like that song” but then you get on with your life and do nothing about it? Then you hear the song again and again. Eventually you download it on iTunes.
Would you have downloaded it on iTunes if the words and the melody of the song changed everyday? Probably not.
