I seem to struggle having a clear definition between the think and feel aspect of the think/feel/do analysis (they seem to cross over with each other). Is this a common issue or am I not understanding the variance between the 2?
Jasmine, the think is the logical thought, the feel is the emotion you feel as a result of the logical thought. I think I am in a hurry. I therefore feel rushed and stressed. Mx
