Hi Michelle…just touching base to say that I am still enjoying your excellent publications. That are very much to the point ,have great subject matter and alway continue to inspire.
Food for thought…..I’d really like to read an article on your advice on ‘Howto get the audience’s attention in the first 30 seconds’ or “openers that have zing!” I have used lines like “today we are going on a journey….” This seems to work for my techical based audiences but I’m sure there are beetr lines.
